Pricing Policy

  • We believe our prices to be fair and reasonable, and we do not bargain. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

  • Items purchased at the ReStore are final sale. 
  • Unless otherwise marked, appliances come with a 30-day warranty. Any appliance that is found to be faulty within the 30-day warranty period may be returned to the store for repair.
  • If the appliance cannot be repaired, it can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.

Pick-up Policy

  • We will hold your purchased merchandise in store for a maximum of 48 hours so that you may arrange for appropriate transportation. Proof of purchase is required prior to the release of the item(s).
  • Items not picked up within 48 hours will be considered donated to the ReStore, and may be resold or used by the ReStore for any purpose.

Loading Guidelines

  • Due to safety concerns around COVID-19, our staff are not able to assist with loading items into vehicles. Customers need to come prepared to load their own purchases. 
  • Please bring any items required to tie down or secure your purchase. All loading, securing, and transportation of merchandise is at the customer’s own risk.
